3 Day Refund of Initial Purchase Policy

At RENEGADE TV, we want to ensure that you are 100% happy with your purchase. If you have any technical or sales queries, do not hesitate to contact us. We offer refunds when certain conditions are met. First, we will do everything we can to help you fix your problem. If we are unable to fix your issue, then we can offer you a refund within 3 days of your purchase.

However, we will not offer a refund if you suddenly have a change of mind about our subscription or because you don’t want to use one of our apps or a technical issue local to you (e.g. internet connection is down, hardware is unsuitable).

Follow the steps below for a full refund within 3 days of your initial date of purchase. If the 3 days have passed and you have a problem, you can contact us any time through our Telegram support group.
